PDP House of assembly Member Decamps To APC In Adamawa

A three times House of assembly member in Adamawa state under the people’s democracy Party, PDP, to had represented the Gombi constituency in the State, Mr Jerry Kumdisi with his hundreds of loyalist decamped to All Progressives Congress, APC, the ruling party in the state.

Jerry who was a one time gubernatorial aspirant under PDP said his defection to APC is induced because of  the way and manner the present lawmaker is representing the constituency by messing up the people they voted him to office, fighting the governor over an ordinate and vaunting ambition.

Jerry also said the political feud between the governor and the Lawmaker,Hon Rufai Umar Gombi is not a good omen to them as nothing much will be done regards to development, some areas in the state are witnessing faster grow of development but because of the lawmaker personal breeds of enmity with the leadership in the state the area is almost left behind.

The former Speaker said he is a grassroot politician and APC party established to be for  people agenda and is back to join hand with the Government Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow to build up  a state where everyone can be proud of off.

“Bindow is the most outshining governor we are privileged to produced in the state in terms of infrastructural development,there has been record of progressives achievements all over the place and any lover of Adamawa state Will not hesitate to join the party that is working in an unassuming speed under the watch of this Great governor.” Jerry said

The celebration which was done at Local Government party’s secretariat in Gombi in presence of the state’s party officials where the Organising secretary of the party,Alhaji Ahmad Lawan enjoined the ward Chairmen as a matter of urgency to register all decampees without any delay.

Lawan reiterated that APC as a party formed her manifestoes on the basses of drawing people into the party to strengthen up the party through membership, any ward official that fail to register new members will be duly punish according tobparty’s constitution.

He brag that the antecedents of the pragmatic style of leadership of Governor Bindow,the Party has been attracting strong politicians like; Adamu Kamale,a federal lawmaker in the House of assembly representing Michika/Madagali, Emmanuel Tsandu, a member in the House of Assembly representing Madagali constituency, Aishatu Binani a former lawmaker and contested senatorial seat under PDM and failed.

He further explained that Engr Marcus Natila Gundiri,Nuhu Ribadu and Adamu Modibbo were all gubernatorial co contestant with Bindow but now decamped to APC a clarifying that the Party is unbeatable to beat come 2019.

“There is nothing we will say as a party, but honestly Bindow is doing us proud,the work is doing in the State is attracting us big politicians into the Party. Ahmad Said

” Check round who remains among all the other persons that contested with Bindow in the last election that is not in APC, my hope is that one day any other important personality in the state will come and join us in the party to built a new Adamawa state.” He added
