PHOTOS: Benue massacre continues unabated under APC govt as dozens killed

The massacre by Fulani herdsmen in Benue State has continued unabated ever despite that a new government under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has assumed power.

In the latest incidence, dozens of youths were killed at Akpuuna 2, in Ukum LGA, according to photos seen by News Band.

Reacting to the massacre, @PIDOMNIGERIA tweeted:

“Benue State rewarded APC with votes, after suffering the highest number of killings and massacre under the APC government, because APC once again deceived them with a Reverend father candidate. See how they slaughtered another set of Benue Youths today, at Akpuuna 2, in Ukum LGA.”

Favour, @FavIked, had commented:

“People that are saying “it’s the Rev father they’re voting for” our VP is a Pastor but his hands are tied, once you’re in APC your hands will be tied automatically so don’t expect anything different or good from the Rev Father in APC if he eventually win.”

“I don’t want to sound Heartless, but I don’t have pity on Benue state. This particular state has the highest number of killings under APC. And they still went ahead and voted in the same APC. 4 years is still far. I wish them well Sha.”

“Benue didn’t vote APC. Stop saying this abeg. Popsi Polling Unit gave Labour Party 89 votes, APC got 11 and PDP about 30 something but on INEC site APC spiritually got 89 and Labour Party got 11. Read more.
