Perfection is an illusion but one who must achieve excellence must diligently pursue perfection, because It is in the deliberate and determined effort to achieve perfection that excellence is born.

Nothing might best describe the character and personality of Barrister Chief Ralp Nwosu than the above statement.

Everything he does, he puts his mind at delivering the best result possible.

He might end up not attaining the perfect rating, but he surely does it to an unquestionable best.

Ralph is a model of consistency and loyalty.

All through his political life, he has always identified with progressive ideals. You can say that he is not your dyed-in-the-wool kind of politician, who seeks only personal interests.

Well, the first motivation for anyone in any profession is personal progress, then, if you have some kind heart, group progress and then, fundamentally, community improvement.

Ralph believes in pulling the community ahead by improving their situation for the better.

A jolly good fellow and a humanitarian to the core.

He looks at the next person, and what comes to his mind is nothing but how to improve their lot.

If you come to Ralph with a problem, he might not solve all of them, but you will leave his presence, with less problems than you came with.

The kind of leader who provides hope even in the worse case of despondency and provides a hand of fellowship when you need it most.

Ralph likes to ask; how can I come in? How can I help? He doesn’t look to extract what you have and discard you like a piece of rag like some people are wont to. He looks at you as a partner rather than a servant.

One of the best ways to know a human capital minded political leader is to look at those hanging around him; his aides especially, and those who look up to him as a leader.

By Nigerian standard, I can say that Ralph has lived above mark. There are only a few politicians in Imo State who can measure up to his standards when it comes to empowering those around him.

A longtime ally of His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, CON, the governor of Imo State, Chief Ralph Nwosu has remained very vital to the continuous successes of the political aspirations and administrative goals of the Imo State governor.

His kind and unpretentious mien has drawn vital support to the Uzodimma political family.

During his first outing as the Commissioner for Works in the administration of His Excellency Sir Ikedi Ohakim, he delivered some of the best roads we haven’t had in Imo before then.

He understands the importance of good infrastructure to economic development and social stability, hence, he takes his job seriously and makes sure to deliver the right quality, as long as it is within his powers.

Now on his third spell as Commissioner for Works, and with his responsibilities expanded to include, infrastructural development, Ezinwa as he is fondly called by his people, has lived above board. I do not think that there is any critic who would not recognise and commend Governor Uzodimma’s unmatched records in infrastructural development. Ralph is the secret.

As he marks his birthday today, Ralph deserves every eulogy he gets, because he wouldn’t ask for it.

Unassuming and genuinely compassionate, Barrister Ralph Nwosu shall definitely continue to build rafts of hope in Imo through rapid delivery of quality infrastructure and as well support and empowerment to the many who look up to him.

Wishing him the best of his life as he ages gracefully.
