CCTV footage has captured the moment three armed robbers reportedly attacked a man in the Isheri-Idimu area of Lagos State and allegedly made away with his car and other valuables.
The incident reportedly occurred on September 25, 2026, while the victim was attempting to change a flat tyre by the roadside.
Footage from the area showed the suspects approaching the man before surrounding him and taking control of the situation. The robbers reportedly collected his belongings and drove away in his vehicle.
However, their escape plan reportedly hit a setback after they encountered a police checkpoint while driving the stolen car.
According to reports, the suspects were unable to continue with the stolen vehicle after spotting the police presence. They reportedly abandoned the car and escaped from the area in the vehicle they had initially arrived in.
