Shocking Video: Police officers handcuff man, roll patrol car over him

The attached video shows Police operatives arrest a man in Ekpoma in Edo State who was reportedly driving a car without plate number.

According to the shocking video, the police officers handcuffed the man and rolled their patrol car over him and when the by-standers accosted them, they started shooting sporadically into the air.

According to reports, this happened at Ekpoma, Edo state.
