Tesla cybertruck explodes outside Trump’s hotel in Las Vegas

A Tesla cyber truck packed with fireworks-style mortars has, on January 1, 2024, detonated and exploded with high flames outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, right by the entrance.

This dramatic incident occurred on New Year eve at the hotel associated with President-elect Donald Trump.

A viral video on social media captured the moment the cyber truck caught fire, prompting the hotel’s evacuation.

Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the fire or if anyone was injured.

However, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that the fire has been extinguished, and an investigation is underway.

The vehicle fire broke out at 8:41 AM local time in Las Vegas, prompting a response from police and firefighters.

According to reports, the incident comes amidst growing speculation about Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s strengthening ties with Trump.

Musk reportedly spent New Year’s Eve at Mar-a-Lago, where he joined Trump for dinner with Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.

Musk has been residing in a cottage on Trump’s Florida property since Election Day, sparking concerns about the implications of their close relationship.

According to Musk, the whole Tesla team has already launched an investigation to ascertain cause of explosion.

He said: “The whole Tesla senior team is investigating this matter right now.

“Will post more information as soon as we learn anything.

“We’ve never seen anything like this,” he added.
