Tinubu’s fraudulent certificates: Nigerians wait to see how Judiciary will wriggle its way out

Nigerians are waiting to see how the judges of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court will wriggle their way out of the imbroglio involving the fraudulent certificates of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Abundant evidence provided at the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) by the Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, as well as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, shows that Tinubu submitted fake documents to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ahead of the 2023 general election.
Some of the affected documents include the Chicago State University certificate believed to have been forged online and submitted to INEC.
According to the founder of West Africa Week journal, Mr. David Hundeyin, Tinubu evidently bought the certificate from an online shop called Diploma Makers (https://diploma-makers.com/) that specialises in issuing fake documents.
He opined that Tinubu downloaded the certificate “down to the same grammatical errors on the fake certificate” that was found on Diploma Makers.
See a sample of the fake document obtained from Diploma Makers below:
However, see below the fake document obtained via subpoena from Chicago State University below:
Meanwhile, the original “Bola Ahmed Tinubu” turned out to be a “FEMALE” according to document obtained via subpoena from Chicago State University!
Reacting to the revelation involving the “FEMALE” Tinubu, a Twitter user noted:
“My concern is: what happened to the original Tinubu girl? Are we sure she is alive to tell the tale or simply dumped into a shallow grave after her documents were forcefully grabbed from her?”
Regarding the conspicuous and flagrant malfeasance, Hundeyin remarked:
“What I really want to see is how the Appeal Court and Supreme Court judges will manage to wriggle out of giving a remotely sensible judgment, given the ridiculous way that Bola Tinubu went about submitting forgeries as the hubris-filled fool that he is.”
Another area of interest staring at the judges in the face is the issue of criminal forfeiture of $460,000, believed to be proceeds of narcotics trafficking, by Tinubu.
News Band, on November 9, 2022, published a 55-page Certified True Copies (CTC) of the court documents that indicted the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate in drug trafficking and the subsequent forfeiture of $460,000.
Tinubu had, on October 4, 1993, forfeited the same sum to the United States Government for his involvement in drugs trafficking and financial transactions on violation of the U.S laws which is attested to by this 55-page court judgment.
The U.S Court ordered that the funds in the amount of $460,000 in the name of Bola Tinubu in account 263226700 held by First Heritage Bank represent proceeds of narcotics trafficking and was forfeited to the United States Government.
To avoid any iota of doubt, News Band made apublication on June 8, 2023, attaching the United Stated law that confirmed that the sum was forfeited as a result of drug trafficking and mney laundering.
Yet another issue that has been admitted into evidence if the dual citizenship of Tinubu, which is tantamount to perjury if found wanting.
Evidence showed that he committed Perjury in the documents submitted to INEC, wherein he stated categorically that he never changed nationality. See attached INEC document below:
Findings, however, showed that Tinubu lied about changing nationality as It is now public knowledge that he possesses a Guinean Diplomatic Passport.
