Music executive Ubi Franklin has sparked reactions after highlighting Kizz Daniel’s reportedly massive real estate holdings.
According to Franklin, the singer has built a property portfolio estimated at around ₦9–10 billion, despite rarely showing off his wealth publicly. Similar reports of Franklin describing Kizz Daniel as one of the biggest real estate holders in Nigeria’s entertainment industry have circulated since 2025.
Franklin also suggested that Davido is among the few Nigerian artistes who comes close, while Burna Boy is increasingly building his own property portfolio.
The revelation has drawn attention to Kizz Daniel’s quieter approach to wealth, particularly compared with artistes who frequently showcase their luxury cars, homes and lifestyle online.
If Franklin’s estimate is accurate, the singer’s real estate investments would place him among the most notable property holders in Nigeria’s music industry.
