Unknown gunmen kill police officers

On February 5, 2025, the State Security of Anambra State arrested a man named Federick Oramuru In Mgakwu Village, Awka, Anambra State.

The initial reason for the arrest was unknown.

Further information revealed that Mr. Federick Oramuru allegedly had connections with unknown gunmen operating in the bushes.

Following his arrest, the security reportedly detained up to 15 additional individuals based on information obtained from Mr. Federick.
The situation is ongoing, with the security continuing to investigate and take action against suspected individuals.
Further investigation is necessary to determine the extent of Mr. Federick’s involvement with the unknown gunmen and the legitimacy of the subsequent detentions.
