VIDEO: Asari Dokubo says Peter Obi is a scam

A former terrorist and founder of Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, Alhaji Asari Dokubo has said that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi, is a scam defrauding Nigerians with lies.

The former Niger Delta war lord made the remarks on his Facebook “Dokubo Asari Justice Foundation” on Tuesday, noting that the OBI-dient movement is going nowhere.

He stated that Peter Obi can neither challenge the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, nor the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) counterpart, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, in 2023.

He also casted aspersions on the achievements of the former Anambra Governor saying that Obi’s savings pales into insignificance when compared to what Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike spends.

He thinks it is absurd that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso will condescend so low as to become the vice presidential candidate to Obi.

Dokubo claimed, albeit falsely, that Peter Obi did not build any project in Anambra State, rather that the new governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo is only trying to undo the damages of the Obi administration.

He said amongst other things: “There is a scammer in town. Peter Obi is a scamming people with lies and people are believing him.

“This is nauseating. Peter Obi was a governor of Anambra state for eight years.

“Anambra State is one of the advantageous states in Nigeria because of the people. They have Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi. These are the biggest goldmines in Nigeria after Lagos, Port Harcourt and Aba.

“They said he saved seventy-something billion. What is seventy-something billion? The money that Wike toys with in Rivers.

“How would you compare Obi with Tinubu or Atiku? What is his antecedent? Lies.

“You are showing documents. Who showed that you rejected the lands? All these small small scams, who dem wan do naw?”

Meanwhile, the former terrorist also said: “He brought a letter that somebody, Housing Cooperation Chairman under him, allocated land to him (which he claimed he rejected) and they believed these lies.

“It is the governor of a state that issues C of O (Certificate of Occupancy), something that every idiat have to know.

“It is the governor of a state that issues C of O, so how can Housing Cooperation Chairman allocate land to him?

“All these fraudulent, 419 things that people do, and they think we are stupid like them…

“He did not hold election for seven years! Local Government Election in Anambra State. Where did the Local Government Funds go to?”
