VIDEO: Ex-NDDC MD, Nunieh, makes shocking allegations against Akpabio

The former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Ms. Joi Nunieh, has made some shocking accusations against the former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs and current President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio.

This was contained in an undated video which was evidently taken after the public hearing held following allegations of corruption and misappropriation of public funds against officials of NDDC last year before her eventual sack by former President Muhammadu Buhari.

Speaking to newsmen after the public hearing, Nunieh said that Akpabio told her to do whatever he wants in NDDC, otherwise, he will remove her from office.

She said: “Akpabio said to me in the car, if you don’t do what I say, the same pen with which I signed your letter, I will use to remove you from office”.

According to her, Akpabio even ordered bombing of some pipelines but did not disclose the motive behind the ordered attack.

Regardless of the allegations, Akpabio is presiding over as President of the Nigerian Senate today.
