Watbridge Hotels opens pharmacy

Top hospitality outfit, Watbridge Hotels, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, will today, open its unique guest pharmacy to customers and the general public.
The well-stocked pharmacy is set up to provide hands-on health services and boost wellness within and outside the hotel community.
The opening will culminate with the hotel’s 6th anniversary celebration.
Watbridge Hotels has gained widespread reputation for its innovative hospitality.
The guest pharmacy is yet another first of its kind from the hotel. Beside the pharmacy, the hotel also has a guest library which runs 24/7 for both lodgers and visitors. It is named after the famous writer, Ngugi wa Thiong’o.
The opening of the pharmacy today will be preceded by a lecture on ‘Health and Security in Hospitality’, to be delivered by the Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Augustine Umoh.
Other eminent personalities including the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Patrick Essiet, top security personnel in the State are expected at the lecture.
Meanwhile, work is at advance stages at the Watbridge Apartments extension. The apartments is designed to deepen luxury lodging experience for guests.
The multiple award-winning outfit is equally upgrading its rooms and other facilities to meet cutting edge trends.
The hotel’s event halls and the super poolside have remained destination of choice.
It is noteworthy that Watbridge Hotels has also been praised for the premium placed on the welfare of its staff.
Every end of the year, the hotel pays 13th month salary to all its staff, while also recognizing outstanding ones with a range of incentives at the hotel’s annual anniversary event.
