Why I decided to write UTME again, UNIZIK best-graduating student reveals

Juliet Chidiebube Uka, a Chemistry graduate from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra State, has scored 324 in the just concluded 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

Uka was the best-graduating student in the Department of Chemistry at UNIZIK in 2021, graduating with a first class.

She, however, wrote the JAMB exam again and made her scores known when the results were released on the 29th of April.

Uka who scored 324 in aggregate, said her decision was driven with the passion to become a medical doctor.

Revealing her JAMB results, Chidiebube said her highest score came from Physics with 92 marks, while others included 82 in Biology and 82 in Chemistry, and 68 in English Usage.

Meanwhile, Chidiebube’s brother, Uka Obiora Kingsley, said she displayed resilience because of her life-long ambition to become a doctor.

“She has demonstrated resilience through outstanding performance. She has maintained that her ambition is to become a doctor. This led her to write Jamb again this year 2024 and scored an aggregate of 324,” he said.
