The election tribunal sitting in Umuahia, Abia State capital, today upheld the election victory of Engr Chinedum Orji [above] of the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP], Umuahia Central State Constituency.
Engr Chinedum Orji is the son of the immediate past governor of the state, Theodore orji who is presently a Senator.
It thereby dismissed the case against PDP House member by one Sydney of the All Progressives grand Alliance [APGA] on various grounds including abuse of the process, incompetence, etc.
Again APGA lost to its rival, the PDP.
