Islamic clerics were seen on video praying for Nigerian self-acclaimed transgender, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, as he unveiled his multi-million naira mansion in Lagos.

According to Bobrisky the mansion, which is located at Pinnock Beach Estate in Lekki axis of the state, cost around N400 million naira to construct.

The self-acknowledged gay could be seen sitting in the center as the cleric formed a circle around him.

Bobrisky, a social media influencer, meanwhile, shared series of video clips from the housewarming on his Instagram page on Sunday.

The crossdresser, expressing his excitement over the house, said: “I bought myself a smart home Dis (this) is what (sic) a home of 400,000,000 in one of the best locations in Lagos.”

In a now-viral video from the housewarming ceremony, some Islamic clerics, including men and women, were seen praying for the cross-dresser inside his new home.

Islam, it could be noted, is a religion that prides itself in rejecting and preaching against LGBT principles, an umbrella term used to refer to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender community.
