
Despite condemnations trailing cut-off marks in examinations, the National Common Entrance Examination [NCEE] board published varying entrance exam cut-off mark of each state for the 2017/18 session.
The current NCEE cut-off marks of each state in the federation is stated as follows:

In the words of the author of this piece, Mr Uchenna Makiavelli Stephen, “the funny thing is, those with lower cut off marks from the north will be the ones to run the government tomorrow.
“They will be appointed judges, chief Justice, controllers, central bank heads, and heads of government agencies and ministries.
“Are you still wondering why some want out of this evil forest?” he asked.
He stressed that the above is a very graphic description of the injustice, imbalance and inequity bedeviling the Nigeria State
He, therefore, insisted on an “urgent need for Restructuring at the very least”!
