Supreme Court deletes Victor Oye’s name from record, affirms Edozie Njoku as authentic APGA chairman (update)

The Supreme Court has deleted Chief Victor Ike Oye from its judgement record and affirmed Chief Edozie Njoku as the authentic chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

The apex court made the declaration in a judgement passed on Friday, March 24.

The judgement put to a final rest the marathon battle for the soul of APGA which has been running for 4 years.

Hon. Justice Garba Lawal, while reading the unanimous Judgement of the entire panelists, ordered that Oye’s name be deleted from SC/CV/687/2021, in line with page 13 of Chief Njoku s application, and be replaced with “Chief Edozie Njoku” as National Chairman of APGA.
