The highly anticipated autopsy report on the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as MohBad, has finally been released.

The report provides insight into the possible cause of his untimely death, which had been shrouded in mystery.

The autopsy was conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) on September 21, 2023, eight days after MohBad’s burial.

The report reveals that the body was exhumed with moderate to severe decomposition, which may have affected the toxicology results.

The anatomical and pathological findings showed an injury on MohBad’s right forearm, but no significant gross finding could be attributed to his death.

The toxicology report, however, revealed a positive finding of Diphenhydramine, an anti-histamine commonly used to treat allergies, stomach problems, colds, and anxiety.

While the concentration was not in a fatal or lethal range, it suggests a possible drug reaction or anaphylactic shock.

The report concludes that the cause of death could not be ascertained due to the lack of significant post-mortem and toxicology findings. However, it highlights the possibility of a drug reaction or anaphylactic shock, which may have contributed to MohBad’s demise.

The autopsy report also notes that the body was not embalmed prior to burial, which may have affected the toxicology results. The report states that a blood sample would have been necessary to determine fatal anaphylactic shock, but this was prevented by the burial of the deceased on the second day.

In summary, while the exact cause of MohBad’s death remains uncertain, the autopsy report suggests a possible drug reaction or anaphylactic shock. The report’s findings provide some closure for fans and family members, but also highlight the importance of thorough post-mortem examinations and toxicology testing in determining the cause of death.
