There was slight drama in court after the embattled former bank chief, Godwin Emefiele was seen weeping during his arraignment on Thursday.

Though, the arraignment was stalled due to the absence of another defendant, Sa’adatu Yaro.

Yaro’s legal representative said she fell ill this morning which made her not to appear in court today.

The lawyer further requested for a new date for her appearance in court which the prosecutors, the Department of State Services—DSS did not object.
