Editorial: Tinubu should face consequences of his ineptitude and count Obi out of his woes

Published

The Bola Tinubu and the Nigerian presidency’s recent accusation that Peter Obi and his supporters are behind the upcoming August 1 anti-hardship protest is a laughable and pathetic attempt to shift the blame for their own failures.

This baseless claim reeks of desperation and paranoia, characteristic of a government that has lost touch with reality.

For months, Nigerians have been suffering under the weight of this administration’s ineptitude.

The economy is in shambles, security is non-existent, and infrastructure is crumbling.

Yet, instead of taking responsibility for their failures, the government chooses to blame others.

This blame game is a tired and worn-out tactic that no longer fools anyone.

The Nigerian people are wise to the administration’s antics and will not be swayed by such blatant attempts to deflect accountability.

We call on the government to stop playing games and start addressing the real issues facing our nation.

The people demand action, not excuses. It’s time for the Tinubu administration to take responsibility for their failures and work towards a better future for all Nigerians.

The blame game may have worked in the past, but it won’t work now. The people are tired, frustrated, and angry.

They will no longer be silenced or deceived. It’s time for change, and it’s time for accountability.

Diaspora Digital Media stands with the people and demand a better future for the nation.
