Moyes, Mou, Five EPL Managers who returned for second spells

David Moyes has been appointed as Everton’s new head coach, tasked with salvaging the club’s challenging season. This marks his return to Everton for a second time, following a successful 12-year tenure with the team. Initially taking charge in 2002, Moyes led the club for over a decade, achieving Champions League qualification and reaching an FA Cup final during his time.

Moyes replaces Sean Dyche as Everton hovers just above the relegation zone. The club hopes that his leadership will spark an improvement in performance, although history indicates that returns to Premier League clubs often face challenges. Notably, five managers have had mixed results in their second spells in the league.
