CUPP Ask Court To Declare Buhari Unfit For Re-Election

Published

The Coalition of United Political Parties [CUPP] has asked the Federal High Court, Abuja, to declare President Muhammadu Buhari medically unfit to seek re-election.

CUPP first national spokesperson, Mr. Imo Ugochinyere disclosed this at a press conference in Abuja on Thursday.

The coalition asked the court to compel President Buhari to undergo a compulsory medical examination and to make the result public.

Mr. Ugochinyere said re-electing Buhari would only empower “the cabal” to keep the Presidency hijacked and to rule for another four years.

Ugochinyere described the step as a patriotic decision.
