Breaking: Ex-Air force chief, Amosun, ors seek plea bargain

A former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Adesola Amosu, and 10 others who are being tried for an alleged fraud of N22.8bn have indicated their intention to enter into a plea bargain with the Federal Government.

Standing trial with Amosun are two other staff of the Airforce – Air Vice Marshal Jacob Adigun and Air Commodore Gbadebo Olugbenga.

The three are being tried alongside eight companies, namely: 

1. Delfina Oil and Gas Limited, 

2. Mcallan Oil and Gas Limited, 

3. Hebron Housing and Properties Company Limited and,

4. Trapezites BDC Fonds and Pricey Limited.
