Major General Markus Kangye, Director of Defence Media Operations, disclosed the figures while briefing journalists in Abuja.

He said the coordinated military campaigns resulted in the recovery of 63 weapons, more than 4,000 rounds of ammunition, and 294 improvised explosive devices.

According to Kangye, the operations targeted terrorist hideouts, bandit enclaves, and illegal refining camps nationwide.

He revealed that at least 39 insurgents voluntarily surrendered to troops during the month-long operations.

The military also dismantled illegal oil refining sites valued at over ₦112 million in the Niger Delta region.

In the South-South, security forces cracked down on oil theft and illegal bunkering activities.
