Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as TuFace, sparked concern on Wednesday after briefly posting “Help me” on his Instagram story. He deleted the message just minutes later.

The post comes amid growing public attention on a series of viral videos showing tense moments between TuFace and his wife, Natasha Osawaru.

In one widely shared clip, the couple appeared in a heated exchange. Ms. Osawaru could be heard questioning TuFace’s raised voice while bystanders captured a moment with police officers present.

She said, “Don’t do that, don’t do that, don’t fucking do it. Na everyday you go dey shout for me? Wetin dey happen. Why are you raising your voice at me?”

Another video emerged from an Instagram Live session hosted by broadcaster Daddy Freeze. The stream initially featured TuFace’s former manager, Kaka Igbokwe, who alleged that Ms. Osawaru “punched him.”

The situation escalated when TuFace unexpectedly joined the live session, interrupting the conversation and exchanging words with participants. “You need to shut the fuck up, man,” he said.

Raised voices between TuFace and Ms. Osawaru were later audible in the background. Natasha said, “Let them see us together,” while TuFace responded, “You see wetin you dey do, what’s your problem,” before abruptly ending the live session.

TuFace’s younger brother, Hyacinth Idibia, also posted a cryptic message on his story, seemingly directed at the singer: “You’ve always been ahead, always been brilliant. Lyrics meant to inspire, but somehow, it’s unfolding in real time… Painful reality. Allow us save you Oyinem. You’ve been suffering for too long. God knows.”
