The controversy surrounding TikTok creator Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has taken a new turn after Queen Ewaure shared a document she says confirms his visit to the Benin Palace was officially authorized.

In a post that quickly gained attention online, the queen presented a letter which she claims carries an acknowledgment stamp from the Benin Traditional Council. According to her, the document serves as evidence that due process was followed before Peller’s visit, countering earlier claims that the visit violated palace protocol.

She stated that the situation has been misunderstood, insisting that the backlash is not solely about Peller’s presence at the palace or the gift she reportedly gave him. She suggested that there are deeper issues behind the scenes that have not yet been fully revealed to the public.

Queen Ewaure also accused the council of misrepresenting the situation, maintaining that the narrative being circulated does not reflect what actually happened. She pointed to the stamp on the letter as proof that the visit had prior acknowledgment, expressing confidence that the document would clarify her position.

However, the development has sparked debate online. Some observers argue that an acknowledgment stamp may only indicate that a letter was received, not necessarily that formal approval was granted. This distinction has led to questions about whether the document truly confirms authorization or simply records correspondence.

The situation continues to generate mixed reactions, with supporters backing the queen’s claims while others call for an official clarification from the palace authorities.

As it stands, no formal response has yet been issued to address the latest claims, leaving the matter unresolved and fueling ongoing public discussion about what truly transpired.
