An Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] ad hoc worker with the National Service Corps [NYSC], names withheld, has been caught inside bush while thump-printing ballot papers in Imo State.
Upon interrogation, according to our correspondent, she admitted that she was working for the All Progressives Congress [APC].
APC is the both the ruling party at the center and in the state.
