To ensure a smooth implementation, a committee will be established to outline the necessary modalities for the conversion.

Building on his administration’s youth empowerment and agricultural development agenda, Governor Aiyedatiwa approved a Memorandum of Understanding with AgroMall Discovery and Extension Limited. The partnership secures a N15 billion investment for the Young Ranchers Agricultural Cluster Development Programme, targeting youth engagement.

Under this initiative, three five-hectare agricultural clusters will launch statewide, hosted by higher institutions including the newly upgraded RUGIPO. This strategic move aims to bolster practical agricultural training and economic opportunities for young participants.
