Akwa Ibom NDDC Rep hails Senate President Akpabio on 62nd birthday

Commissioner representing Akwa Ibom State in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Apostle Abasiandikan Nkono, has joined the chorus of well-wishers congratulating Nigeria’s Senate President, Godswill Akpabio Lawan, on his 62nd birthday.

Nkono, in a goodwill message made available to Diaspora Digital Media, hailed Akpabio as “a man of honour, a leader of leaders, and an ally of the masses.”

The statement reads in part:

“Today, I lay a red carpet for my benefactor, an epitome of impactful leadership, a man of excellence and uncommonness.

“I doff my hat to a candle that is addicted to lighting other candles, a Pan-African by all metrics, a man of courage, and a man permamently on the wings of grace.

“Your Excellency, your masterclass in impactful leadership; your constant rise above vicissitudes of life, and your exploits in life’s other exigencies, will continue to be felt through generations.
