Kidnapped Anambra State Commissioner for Youths Development, Patrick Aghamba

The wedding of Adaora, the daughter of the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has reportedly gone sour after heavily armed gunmen waylaid and kidnapped the Commissioner for Youths Development, Hon. Patrick Aghamba.

Hon. Aghamba was, according to sources, kidnapped en route to Abuja, the venue of the wedding.

It was, meanwhile, not clear at what point of the 700 KM journey he was attacked.

A source disclosed to Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) that the gunmen ambushed Aghamba and kidnapped him and his wife.

One of his aides, simply identified as Mr. Affiah, who was also traveling with them was not so fortunate, however.

The gunmen killed him during the ambush and took the principal away.

DDM learnt that there is a great disquiet in Governor Soludo’s camp over the wedding ceremony of the daughter of the governor.
