Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has stirred controversy after linking the fight against erosion in Anambra State to the need for federal government intervention under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Soludo argued that the erosion crisis is beyond the state's capacity, warning the Igbos that political decisions have consequences if they do not support Tinubu at the polls. He also questioned how the president would respond if people seeking federal assistance voted to remove him from power. The governor's remarks have reignited political debate over the relationship between Peter Obi, Soludo, Tinubu and the future of the South-East ahead of the 2027 elections. Do you agree with Soludo that voting for Tinubu is necessary to secure federal intervention for Anambra's erosion crisis?
