Blessing Okoro’s lawsuit against Inspector general of Police dismissed

BREAKING: Nigeria’s famous influencer Blessing CEO lost the case.

Law suit against the Inspector general of Police Kayode Ogbetogun and Late Bimbo’s sister, Mrs Folasade Samuels.

Okoro filed a case before the Federal High court in Lagos.

She claimed that her fundamental human right was violated, amongst other things.

Okoro filed a restraining order against the police from tampering with her freedom.

Trial judge, Justice Lewis Allagoa in his judgment dismissed her pleas.

The judge added that, the police acted on the premises of a criminal legitimate grievance made against her.

The court also added that none of the complaints made against her were fabricated.

Okoro’s suit for the enforcement of her fundamental human right was Dismissed by the court.
