Charly Boy “Congratulates” Buhari, Addresses Youth

Ace musician and human rights activist, Mr. Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has written a “congratulatory” letter to the President, Muhammadu Buhari.

In his letter, he congratulated President Buhari for winning the election.

He also blasted the youths for attaining the “NEXT LEVEL”. Read:
