After the Tate brothers, Andrew and Tristan failed to pay taxes on £21 million in sales from their online enterprises, a judge decided that police might confiscate more than £2 million from them.

According to report, the brothers and a third party, known as J, were the targets of Devon and Cornwall Police’s attempt to seize the money, which was kept in seven frozen bank accounts.

What seemed to be a “complex financial matrix” was shown to be a “straightforward cheat of the revenue” by the chief magistrate at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

Report disclosed that the contentious influencers are presently in Romania, where they are being prosecuted for rape and people trafficking.

The brothers had deposited just under $12 million into an account in J’s name, the court had previously heard.

Even though she had no involvement in their online ventures, which include OnlyFans, Hustlers’ University, Cobra Tate, and the War Room, they had also registered a second account in her name.

A portion of the funds kept in J’s name were cryptocurrencies.

The attorneys for Devon and Cornwall Police informed the court that Andrew Tate had been using the strategy of “ignore, ignore, ignore because in the end they go away” after he openly stated that he had not paid taxes in the UK.

Judge Paul Goldspring, who ruled in favor of the police force, stated that although the brothers had not provided the court with any proof of tax payments, they had maintained through their attorneys that the transfer of the funds had been a lawful commercial transaction.

The total amount that the force can confiscate, including cryptocurrencies, is £2,683,345.

The brothers’ most recent legal setback is the loss of the money, report says.

Andrew Tate was accused by Romanian prosecutors in June of last year of rape, human trafficking, and gang formation.

According to Romanian officials, Tristan Tate is accused of human trafficking, and the case concerns seven alleged victims who were lured in with promises of marriage and love.

In a separate case, Bedfordshire Police are requesting that the men be extradited to the UK on charges of human trafficking and rape.

According to a Bucharest judge, the extradition request would be considered following the Romanian case‘s resolution.
