The family of Dr. Steve Ikengwu of Umuigwe, Amechi Awkunanaw in Enugu South Local Government has filed a damning petition against the current Chief Judge of Enugu State, Justice Afojulu Raymond Ozoemena, accusing him of abuse of judicial powers and judicial rascality.
The staggering allegations were contained in the petition against Justice Ozoemena which was submitted to the National Judicial Council (NJC) in Abuja.
Ozoemena, amongst other things, was accused of dubiously using an ex parte order to override the decision of another judge to favour the other party.
