The governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti has, released the list of Transition Committee Chairmen that will manage the affairs of the 17 local government areas of the state.
The list is contained in a public notice signed by Prince Uzor Nwachukwu, the Honourable Commissioner for Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

The list of the above mentioned persons according to the notice, has been transmitted to the State House of Assembly by His Excellency, Dr. Alex C. Otti for Screening and confirmation as required by law.
The concerned persons have been requested to approach the State House of Assembly for their Screening.
