Governor Abdulrasaq Approves subsidized Rice in Kwara

In a bid to cushion the impact of rising food prices, the Governor of Kwara State,Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has approved the sale of subsidized 50kg bags of rice to civil servants in the state.The initiative is targeted at civil servants on Grade Levels 01 to 14.

In a documents obtained by Just Event Online TV on Thursday evening

According to the directive,the subsidized rice will be sold at a rate of ₦40,000 per bag,with sales scheduled to commence tomorrow at the Office of the Head of Service(OHOS)as per the timetable released.

Eligible civil servants are required to bring the following documents for verification:

ATM Card

Staff ID Card or Confirmation Letter

Last Promotion Letter

This intervention demonstrates Governor AbdulRazaq’s commitment to the welfare of state workers,ensuring they have access to essential commodities at affordable prices during these challenging times.
