Khaid declares 'I’m Young Trump' in return to social media

Nigerian Singer, Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon, popularly known as  Khaid, has returned to social media after several months in the hospital.

Khaid declared himself the young version of Donald Trump on his social media handle.

The singer made questioning statements on his X page and also unfollowed everyone he had previously been following.

Khaid was hospitalized on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, and had been inactive on social media until now.

He was hospitalized for alleged excessive internal bleeding with unknown cause.

To mark his return, he released a 3-song EP and tweeted multiple times.

He also unfollowed everyone he had previously followed, including his record label owner, Sydney Talker, and now follows only Olamide.

His EP takes the No.3 position on the day of release, surpassing Olamide’s Ikigai.

Although the singer and his management have not yet explained the reasons for his hospitalization, it seems he has moved on from the incident.

This is suggested by the message he conveyed in his tweet.

His recent social media activity indicates a shift in focus.

His tweet reads:

“Thank God for helping me overcome what many would face and die, them no fit hold the Boy, We Rise Again.

“Y’all set me up but can never Shut me up.

“FYI, I’m Young Trump, I wish y’all long life so y’all can reap what you’ve sown accordingly. #444.”

Some internet users speculate that the singer’s tweets are just for publicity.

Meanwhile, others are requesting that he disclose the details of his hospitalization.
