Kidnap of Nnamdi Kanu is kidnap of all Biafrans, SE governors —Simon Ekpa

The new Radio Biafra anchorman, Barrister Simon Ekpa has decried the ‘kidnap’ and repatriation of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to Nigeria by the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government in collaboration with the Government of Kenya.

Barrister Ekpa said the kidnap of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu means kidnap of all Biafrans, including the governors of the Eastern Region.

The former officer in the army of Finland, made the assertion in a statement posted on his social media handle.

In the statement titled “The criminality of the Fulani terrorists Government of Nigeria“, Ekpa noted that the President Buhari Government “only target those who tries to stand in the front to stop the Fulanisation of Nigeria while the ignorant sing their praises”.

On the arrest and repatriation of the IPOB leader, he said:

“The kidnapping of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is a kidnap of all Biafrans, including the kidnap of governors of the Eastern Region.

“As a political leader, If you rejoice at the kidnap of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, when they are done with him, you are next in their list.”

He enjoined everyone to rise up, not just to condemn the Fulani government and Kenya Government, but to demand unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu who he said “carries Biafra as pregnancy”.

He further assured that the freedom fighters will expose the criminality in the abduction and kidnap of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the complicity of Kenya officials in matters of day.

Nnamdi Kanu is currently being remanded at the custody of the Department of State Security (DSS) by order of Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja.

He facing charges bordering on treason and sponsoring of a proscribed organisation, namely IPOB.
