Recent reports alleged that expired USAID/UNFPA condoms were found packed in KISS Condoms cartons during a NAFDAC operation at Idumota.

The company has categorically denied these claims, stating that the products in question were neither manufactured nor distributed by the company or its parent organization, DKT Nigeria.

Investigations have revealed that the expired condoms were originally donations from USAID/UNFPA, which were fraudulently repackaged by unscrupulous individuals aiming to exploit KISS Condoms’ strong market reputation. The company has expressed deep concern over this illegal practice and is actively collaborating with regulatory authorities to address the issue and prevent further occurrences.
