Nigerian entertainer Hamza “Kolu” Suleman has sparked concern online after sharing photos of himself in a hospital, prompting a wave of speculation about his health and wellbeing.
The entertainer became a trending topic after the images circulated on social media, with some online users and entertainment pages making vague suggestions about his condition and implying that he could be seriously ill.
However, fellow entertainer Carter Efe has since clarified the situation, saying Kolu is not dying and suggesting that the hospital post was part of an attempt to get fans to send him money.
Kolu’s recent activities also appear to contradict the more alarming speculation surrounding the posts. The 33-year-old entertainer was reportedly present at an event in Ibadan two days ago and has continued to remain active on social media.

The development comes shortly after Kolu shared another video in which he appeared to complain about Carter Efe. In the video posted the previous day, Kolu lamented that Carter had abandoned him and instead took a woman out to celebrate his birthday.

He was reportedly hospitalized in March 2026 following an undisclosed health scare. However, the images shared in his latest post have not been established as being from that particular hospital admission.

The entertainer first gained attention during his time with Portable and Zeh Nation, where he was known by names including Chee Boy and 4Pac, with his character partly built around a 2Pac-inspired gimmick.
He later left Zeh Nation and became closely associated with Carter Efe, particularly as Carter expanded his career from skit-making into streaming and other forms of entertainment.
Kolu’s latest hospital post has therefore generated significant discussion, but the available information does not support claims that he has died or is currently facing a life-threatening condition.
