A Nigerian man is seeking justice after discovering that his car, which was stolen near his church in 2015, is being used by the police as a patrol vehicle.

The man, who lives in Warri, Delta State, recounted his ordeal in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter).

In a video obtained by Diaspora Digital Media, he stated that he parked his car outside a church for a service in 2015 and upon returning after the program, he found that his car was missing.

He immediately reported the theft to the police, who requested the vehicle’s papers.

However, two years later, in 2017, he was shocked to spot his car being used by police officers as a patrol vehicle.
