Information available to Elombah.com indicates that Anambra State governor, Mr. Willie Obiano has removed his Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works.
Further research showed that the Permanent Secretary has been an impediment to the planned looting by Obiano and his cohorts with the Anambra State government.
This was further confirmed by an anonymous writer who sent a message to our correspondent, Mazi Odera.
The letter states as follows:

The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Works you were talking about has finally been removed from office.
He has been posted to Ministry of Information.
The SA works Engr Emeka Okoye and the Commissioner of Works, SUV Chinwuba are instrumental to it.
This is because he did not allow them to misappropriate money released to the ministry for road markings and sign done by one Al Pee.
Since then they have been trying to nail him. Now they have removed him, they have perfected the way to corruptly enrich themselves. Anambra is in deep shit.
