Is there any law to impeach the first lady of a state?
The alleged harassment and unlawful detention of the Commissioner for Women Affairs by the overzealous wife of Obiano who is known to be maltreating govt aides is an act that must be condemned.
She is on the loose again. Her act is undignified of the wife of a governor.
I recall when she fought Senator Iyom Uche Ekwunife in faraway Portugal. She slapped the wife of the deputy governor.
The cases of slapping political aides and leaders are uncountable. She has penchant in giving dirty slaps unprovoked.
This is unbecoming of a wife of a governor!
Something urgent must be done by Obiano to curtail this embarrassment his wife is causing APGA as the party in power.
Where did Osodieme get the power to detain a serving commissioner?
Which law did she rely on to act in such a disgraceful manner?
The affected commissioner coming from academia and a PhD holder must act fast and save her face from this shameful embarrassment perpetrated against her person.
She must speak out, and demand an open apology or take legal actions against Mrs Ebele Obiano. She has option of resigning in protest than dyeing in silence.
The integrity of the woman commissioner is at stake.
On the side of Obiano, he should be a man, a husband and summon the gut to sanction his wife over this embarrassment.
On the side of the state Assembly, they should check if there is any law which allows the state House of Assembly to impeach the first lady of a state. Her act is an impeachable offence.
