Paris Jackson, daughter of late pop legend Michael Jackson, has opened up about her long battle with substance abuse and her journey toward recovery.

Speaking on the podcast Trying Not to Die, the 26-year-old model and musician revealed that overcoming addiction was not just about quitting drugs, but about rediscovering her true identity and rebuilding her life from the ground up.

She explained that alcohol and drug use significantly altered her personality, leading her to behave in ways she now deeply regrets. According to her, the experience made her feel disconnected from the values and manners she was raised with.
