An Egyptian passport and Syrian passport were found on two attackers at the Stade de France, according to the French newspaper La Liberation.

French news agency AFP is also reporting that a Frenchman has been identified as one of the concert hall attackers.

French police say one of the perpetrators at the Bataclan siege was identified by his fingerprints as a Frenchman who was known to security services.

Meanwhile one of Paris’ most iconic landmarks – the Eiffel Tower [ABOVE]- is to remain closed “until further notice”, the site’s operator has said.

The attraction is normally visited by 20,000 people a day.

An eyewitness has described ‘10 horrific minutes’ when gunmen stormed the Bataclan concert hall.

Officers entered the venue where hostages were being held but attackers, wearing suicide belts, blew themselves up, leaving 118 people feared dead.

ISIS have claimed responsibility for the attacks, shortly after the French President pointed the finger at the Islamic terror group.

A statement allegedly released by Islamic State (translated from French) reads: ‘Eight brothers carrying explosive belts and guns targeted areas in the heart of the French capital that were specifically chosen in advance: the Stade de France during a match against Germany which that imbecile Francois Hollande was attending; the Bataclan where hundreds of idolaters were together in a party of perversity as well as other targets in the 10th, 11th and 18th arrondissement.

‘France and those who follow its path must know that they remain the principle targets of the Islamic State.’

The statement goes on to say France is a key target after ‘having dared insult our Prophet, having bragged about fighting Islam in France and striking Muslims in the Caliphate with their planes which have not helped them in any way in the ill-smelling streets of Paris.

Francois Hollande said the attacks were an ‘act of war’ and had been planned and organised from abroad with the help of people in France.

He added: ‘France is strong and even if she is wounded she will always get up.’ He has declared three days of national mourning

Julien Pearce was at the theatre listening to American rock band Eagles Of Death Metal before the horror unfolded.

‘I saw two terrorists from my point of view with AK47 Kalashnikovs entering the concert room and firing randomly to the crowd. People yelled, screamed,’ he said in an interview with CNN which was broadcast on BBC Radio 5 Live.

He added: ‘It lasted for 10 minutes, 10 minutes, 10 horrific minutes where everybody was on the floor covering their head, and we heard so many gunshots and the terrorists were very calm, very determined, and they reloaded three or four times their weapons.

‘And they didn’t shout anything, they didn’t say anything.’

He said: ‘They were wearing black clothes and they were shooting at people on the floor.’

Mr Pearce said that people tried to find an exit to escape and when he got out on the street he saw 20 to 25 people lying on the ground.
