Suspected scavengers have started vandalizing a fraction of 2nd Niger Bridge, also called Muhammadu Buhari bridge.
News Band Newspaper reliably gathered that the expansion joint walkway axis of the newly constructed bridge have been vandalized and stolen by hoodlums.
The latest ugly development has been condemned by concerned stakeholders considering what it caused the Southeast region to draw the attention of the federal government to erect the new bridge.
However, Anambra and Delta states governments have been advised to jointly map out ways of policing the area so as to forestall further damage to the bridge.
