Mr Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has replied governor Charles Soludo over his recent motor park diatribe against him.

The former governor of Anambra State responded to Soludo’s rant while speaking at 2022 Lagos Business School (LBS) Alumni Conference.

Recall that Soludo in an opinion piece yesterday declared that Peter Obi cannot win the 2023 presidential election, a statement which warranted millions of angry Nigerian youths to launch attack on his person.

2027 POLITICS: “ADELEKE WILL DUMP ACCORD PARTY FOR APC” — KENNEDY IYERE Comrade Kennedy Iyere, popular and controversial humanitarian activist, Founder of the 40Million Ballots Movement, Convener of the FixNASS2027 Movement and 2027 Edo Central Senatorial Candidate of the Accord Party, has made a stunning claim about Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, and his relationship with the Accord Party. Speaking during an exclusive interview with Diaspora Digital Media TV, Iyere alleged that Adeleke was not an original member of the Accord Party and only joined the party after allegedly finding himself with limited political options. According to Iyere, Adeleke had initially wanted to move from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC), but former Osun Governor Gboyega Oyetola allegedly blocked that move. Iyere claimed that Adeleke subsequently turned to Accord because of the party’s strength and political structure in Osun State. Iyere went further, describing Accord as a “special purpose vehicle” for Adeleke and insisting that the Osun Governor is politically closer to the APC than to Accord. The Accord Party senatorial candidate also made a bold prediction about Adeleke’s political future, claiming that once the 2027 general elections are concluded and Adeleke has helped elect his preferred candidates into the Senate, House of Representatives and Osun State House of Assembly, he will eventually decamp to the APC. “Let’s not deceive ourselves,” Iyere said, insisting that Adeleke will officially leave Accord after the elections.
