We either give up unitary Nigeria now or we give up our sovereignty, lives & lands to Fulanis

Responding to widespread lamentations about the bizarre policy of the Federal Government of Nigeria and its Security Forces, to reward, rehabilitate and reintegrate Boko Haram terrorists whom the Government tag – “repentant”, into society and even Military Service, whilst ignoring and abandoning the victims of the terror to their fate, even as agitators for equity, equal rights and inclusivity in the Nigerian union are tagged terrorists, killed, hounded and persecuted, I wrote as follows:

“Unitary Nigeria as anchored upon, and defined by the Death-Dispensing 1999 Constitution, is a Master-Slave Union, comparable only to, but far worse than the Apartheid Constitution of South Africa.

The Federation of Nigeria collapsed completely in 1966/1967 amidst the mass killing of the Igbo in the North (pogroms) which followed the July 29, 1966 revenge Coup in which General Aguiyi-Ironsi was killed; the abandonment of the Aburi Accord in January 1967, the May 27, 1967 Abrogation and Fracturing of the Four Federating Regions of Nigeria into 12 States, the May 30, 1967 Declaration of Biafra by the Government of Eastern Region and the resultant altercations that degenerated into the 1967- 1970 War levied by the Illicit “Federal Government of Nigeria against the breakaway Eastern Region (Biafra), “to Keep Nigeria One”.

The 20-Month effort of Eastern Region of Nigeria to exit the Distressed Federation of Nigeria as Biafra was forcefully blocked by a British-Facilitated brutal genocidal War that consumed 5 million lives in the Igbo-East, including 2 million Biafran were deliberately starved to death by the 1967 Alliance of the rest of Nigeria.

The Caliphate-Owned and Caliphate-Controlled Nigeria that emerged in 1970 is the “One-Nigeria” which is a totally different entity from the “Federation of Nigeria” which collapsed and died 1966/1967.

Several post-war punitive policy measures of Nigeria against the Igbo-East (isolated as East-Central State but now fractured into 5 States collectively known as the South-East) into what is now described and mocked as Dot-In-Circle) followed in the immediate aftermath of the War, including the Abandoned Property Decree, the Seizure and Confiscation of the Biafra Currency with a heinous 20-Pounds-Per-Pre-War-Account, the Indigenization Decrees and several other Igbo-Exclusion Policy Measures which got institutionalized and codified into the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria between 1975 and 1979 which was imposed essentially as the Victory Charter from the 1967-1970 War and carried forward 20 years wholesale as “the 1999 Constitution”.

The Liberation of the Igbo-East from the suffocating Bondage and Shackles of that Unitary Nigeria lies essentially in the Overturning and Dismantling of the Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria by which the Igbo (and the other Indigenous Nationalities of Nigeria most of which joined the Caliphate-led Alliance of 1967 to beat down the Igbo-East but which are now being annihilated by the Fulani Conquest Machinery, particularly the Middle-Belt.

The Indigenous Nationalities in that 1967 Alliance have now been rallied into the NINAS Alliance in an Onslaught against the 1999 Constitution which will topple the basis and Foundation of the Caliphate-Enabling 1999 Constitution AND terminate the Unitary Union erected upon that Constitution.

This toppling, and termination of Union immediately Delegitimizes and Extinguishes the right of the Fulani to be in our spaces, terminates the monopoly of Guns in the hands of both the Fulani Invaders as the so-called “Federal Government” as wrought by the 1999 Constitution and restores Sovereignty to the Constituent Component Nationalities of Nigeria hitherto hijacked and confiscated by that Fraudulent 1999 Constitution.

This was the Plan that the Biafra Restoration Merchants rejected, and instead plunged heedlessly into the directionless bloodletting and commotion still ravaging the Igbo-East.

We can lament as all we care but if we refuse to pay attention to, and join the urgent task of terminating the Unitary Union of Death by Taking Down the 1999 Constitution which foists that Union on us, we merely deceive ourselves and the consequences will be grievous as we can already see.

It is a Tragedy of Monumental Proportions that there are still people with education and exposure in Southern and Middle-Belt Nigeria, who do not yet realize that the only escape route still open to the rest of Nigeria from the Fulani Conquest Onslaught which is massively empowered by the Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, is the Truncation, Dismantling and wholesale Reconfiguration of the Unitary Constitutional Arrangements of Nigeria, not Elections, Amendments and other palliatives which leaves that Death-Dispensing Constitution intact for multiple evils to reign in the land, including the Fulani Conquest Onslaught, Monumental Corruption, Mass Impoverishment and total Dysfunction.

It is even more Tragic that there are still people from South and Middle-Belt Nigeria who are still plotting to head to 2027 Elections under the abominable 1999 Constitution at a time NINAS is rallying the entirety of the indigenous Peoples of Nigeria to Reject and Shoot Down the doomed Voyage to 2027 Elections as a practical demonstration of their Rejection of the 1999 Constitution AND to Demand (in fact compel), in place another round of National Elections in 2027, the initiation of an immediate TRANSITIONING Process for the Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria OR proceed unilaterally in Self-Determinism towards the immediate DISSOLUTION of the failed Nigeria Union.

The Five-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure, provides the most potent, most orderly and most immediate comprehensive Framework and Strategy for enacting this Union Reconstruction inside 2025, the start of which instantly halts the Fulani Conquest Onslaught and Tinubu’s State Capture shenanigans, resulting in the Suspension of the Rule of Law, a descent into a Full-Blown Dictatorship and One-Party State, as well as the Economic Strangulation of the Populace and the Opposition”.
