Pastor Paul Enenche has delivered a thought-provoking message about the true reason many people never succeed in life.

The senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre shared a personal testimony during a recent sermon streamed on YouTube, Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) gathers.

He emphasized that the presence or absence of vision, not background, determines what becomes real in a person’s life.

“Vision defines reality,” Enenche stated. “What is real in a person’s life is defined by vision.”

According to him, people often blame God or the devil for failure, but the problem is usually internal.

To illustrate, Enenche recounted how he once offered financial help to a young man.

“I called a young man and asked, ‘What do you want to do with your life?’” he said.

He expressed his willingness to support the young man in starting something meaningful.

However, the man failed to provide a clear answer or plan for nearly six months.

“It took him almost six months to come back and tell me what he could do,” Enenche revealed.

Despite the delay, Enenche still gave him the financial support he had promised.

Shockingly, another six months passed without any progress from the young man.

“He came back with the money intact,” Enenche said. “He hadn’t done anything.”

The cleric said this experience taught him a powerful and painful truth.

“When you look at people and their failures, sometimes you don’t blame God or even the devil,” he noted.

“Many simply don’t know what to do with their lives, so nothing gets done,” Enenche added.

Pastor Enenche then compared visionless people to Esau, who lost his birthright due to a lack of foresight.

“Many are like Esau, trading their destiny because they cannot see beyond the moment,” he warned.

He concluded by urging individuals to seek clarity and pursue purpose with intentionality and spiritual sensitivity.

“Without vision, there can be no direction, and without direction, destiny is wasted,” Enenche said.
